​Springboard is a comprehensive suite of cloud-hosted tools designed to encompass every aspect of running an efficient and profitable laundry pickup and delivery service from customer signup and account management to route logistics, billing and analytics. Springboard requires a one-time initial licensing fee of $3,000 which includes the development costs for a branded mobile-responsive web site and a credit towards the first three months of your Springboard subscription. We want Springboard to be affordable and a good fit regardless of whether you’re a local “mom & pop” or a large regional provider. That’s why we’ve kept the monthly subscription low. The “metered pricing” – as represented by the 2% of gross – means you only pay for what you use.

Springboard requires a one year renewable contract which can be cancelled by the licensee at any time with 30 days notice.

You can upgrade or downgrade your Springboard plan at any time however enrollment in Springboard SEO requires a 6 month commitment.

Springboard is not a franchise. To start taking advantage of Springboard you need only purchase a subscription.

Springboard is a “turnkey” solution and as such includes a fully search engine optimized “responsive” web site guaranteed to work equally well on all devices from phones to desktop computers. As we build your new site we will work with you to make sure that its design dovetails with your current brand.

As a provider of subscription software services, we do not offer exclusive territories.

Not very much at all. Based upon our experience, a delivery route becomes profitable at as little as 12 pick-ups per week. This includes all production costs, delivery costs and the cost of a Springboard subscription.
Because Springboard is a cloud-hosted subscription service all technical support is free and available 24/7. There’s no software for you to install, maintain or update.

Of course! Springboard was developed to be flexible. You will have the ability to customize all aspects of your installation from how many routes you want to create, the days you drive those routes, the ZIP codes they include, the detergents you offer, etc.
You will require a computer running the Windows operating system, Mozilla’s Firefox browser, Google’s Chrome browser, any brand laser or inkjet printer, a Zebra GC420D direct thermal label printer and a cellular-enabled tablet. All told, you should be able to acquire these three pieces of equipment for less than $1,000.00.
You own your customers. If at any time you decide to discontinue your Springboard subscription, at your request we will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet containing your customer’s basic contact information.
Training is included with your Springboard subscription. We will provide you with a global overview of how Springboard works and then set up a series of “mini lessons” that will help you learn as you go.
You will be billed for your Springboard subscription on the 15th of each month. The 2% gross revenue fee will be billed on the 1st of each month based on the previous month’s gross revenue.
We will need a 2 to 3 week window to build your site and install the software. We can start development as soon as we receive your initial set-up fee.
